Medication assistance: follow facility policy, may remind about meds or help with administration under supervision (not to prescribe or administer independently).

Hygiene and environment: keep resident rooms clean, tidy, and safe; assist with hygiene and grooming.

Documentation: record care provided and any changes; communicate with the care team.

Communication: engage with residents and families in a respectful, empathetic manner; respond promptly to call lights.
