  • Provide basic life support (BLS) and stabilization for patients in prehospital or hospital-based transport settings.

  • Assess patients quickly, document findings, and communicate with EMS crews, ED staff, and supervisors.

  • Assist with patient movement and safe transfers between scene, ambulance, and hospital departments.

  • Administer routine care (airway management, airway adjuncts, CPR/AED, bleeding control, oxygen therapy, splinting) within scope of practice and protocol.

  • Prepare, restock, sanitize, and maintain EMS equipment and vehicles; ensure readiness for the next call.

  • Complete accurate electronic medical records and transport documentation.

  • Maintain patient safety, privacy (HIPAA) and infection control standards.

  • Communicate calmly and effectively with patients, families, and diverse teams under stress.

2023-2025

Olive Garden - FOH staff

  • Greet guests promptly with a friendly demeanor; present menus and explain specials.

  • Take beverage and food orders accurately; suggest menu items and upsell where appropriate.

  • Enter orders into the point-of-sale (POS) system and ensure timely preparation and delivery.

  • Serve food and drinks; check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and address needs.

  • Clear and reset tables; bus and reset dining areas between guests.

  • Handle guest requests, dietary restrictions, and allergy information with care.

  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining room, tables, and service stations.

  • Participate in side duties such as hosting support, assisting with bread/butter service, and refilling condiments.

  • Process payments, close checks, and handle cash or card transactions following policy.

Warroad Senior Living Center - CNA

  • Help with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding as needed.

  • Mobility and safety: assist with transfers, positioning, and mobility with appropriate devices.

  • Vital signs & observation: monitor basic health indicators and report changes to nurses.

  • Medication assistance: follow facility policy, may remind about meds or help with administration under supervision (not to prescribe or administer independently).

  • Hygiene and environment: keep resident rooms clean, tidy, and safe; assist with hygiene and grooming.

  • Documentation: record care provided and any changes; communicate with the care team.

  • Communication: engage with residents and families in a respectful, empathetic manner; respond promptly to call lights.

  • Infection control: practice standard precautions and maintain PPE as required.
