Cancellation Policy

At Dahl Companion Care, we value our clients’ time and strive to provide reliable, high-quality services. To ensure fairness to our caregivers and clients, we maintain the following cancellation policy: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a scheduled service. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time may be subject to a cancellation fee, up to 50% of cost of the scheduled service. No-shows (when a caregiver arrives and services are refused or the client is unavailable) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in changes to scheduling availability or require prepayment for future services. We understand that emergencies happen. Medical or family emergencies may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Dahl Companion Care. Cancellations must be communicated by phone, text, or email to ensure proper documentation. By scheduling services with Dahl Companion Care, clients acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
